Around 5pm, we entered the ridiculously long line at the North Royalton McDonalds on Hwy 82. We, my 12 yr old and I, both had severe stomach cramps, nausea and liquid, painful diarrhea. Going to wait till the morning to see if we need to go to the Dr. The Sprite did taste a little weird. They probably didn't clean their soda machines, or it could easily be left out Filet of Fish. Stay AWAY from this place or you will suffer. This is not the only time we have gotten sick from this location. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
