My husband and I went to Olive Garden in Kingsport tn at 3 pm 1/21/2017 for dinner. My husband got the steak lobster ravioli and shrimp dish, they forgot to bring out the shrimp so the waitress went back and got it. As soon as she set it on the table it had the most rancid smell and it appeared undone. Since my husband loves shrimp he went ahead a ate one and said, this don't taste good. He told the waitress and she got a manger and he came to the table and said the shrimp did smell bad and that he would address it with the cooks and he took the price of the shrimp off our bill. Now it is 8 pm and my husband is running a fever vomiting and has diaraiah. He has a strong stomach and never gets sick, he has gotten food positioning from the bad shrimp. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
