It was my daughter, and she had a roast beef flatbread sandwich. symptoms Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea Only my youngest daughter got sick. It took less than 24 hours before she vomited, but she complained of a stomach ache for most of the day (beginning roughly 12 hours after eating). She does not have a fever, so that's why I'm thinking food poisoning.
