It was my daughter, and she had a roast beef flatbread sandwich. symptoms Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea Only my youngest daughter got sick. It took less than 24 hours before she vomited, but she complained of a stomach ache for most of the day (beginning roughly 12 hours after eating). She does not have a fever, so that's why I'm thinking food poisoning. The sandwich she had was the last thing that was different from what the rest of us have eaten. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
