Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and SANITIZED, or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced. MUST REPAIR THE BROKEN INTERIOR PANEL OF THE PREP COOLER NEXT TO THE WALL IN THE PREP AREA. SURFACE MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. ALSO, REPAIR BROKEN SHELF IN DISH ROOM, SHELF BEING HELD TOGETHER BY WIRE & PLASTIC. INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN.
MUST REPAIR NON-WORKING VENTILATION SYSTEM IN BASEMENT TOILET ROOM, AND REPLACE THE BROKE HANDLE TO FLUSH THE TOILET IN SAID TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN.
