McDonald's, I had McDonald's Friday night & had the sh*ts all Saturday & saturday day time I had McDonald's again. (Had diarrhea all day Saturday) Come Saturday later afternoon I wasn't feeling very well. Saturday Evening I was sick  | Síntomas: Vómitos, Diarrea, Náusea
