My husband was trying to be sweet for my birthday, he purchased chicken lo mein to go and we both had it for dinner. About 30 minutes later we both came down with severe diahrreah and nausea. Ate at 6 pm 4/6/2017. Bought a steak burrito and a carnitas burrito. My son ate the steak burrito and was fine. I ate the carnitas burrito and got very sick. Was up all night with fever, nausea, and vomiting.  | Síntomas: Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
