Mi hijo se enfermó anoche y lo está hoy, está vomitando y no puede mantener nada bajo, también tiene náuseas y está débil. Se comió nuestro Taco Bell local ayer sobre las 5:00 p.m. Tenía un taco suave, un taco duro y un burrito de carne y queso en una caja. Hoy es 4 de mayo de 2019  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos, Debilidad

I got the K10 meal the 3 piece meal. Anyways i bit into one piece of chicken and it tasted super weird so I quit eating it. About 20 min later I feel queasy and stomach is cramping and hurting and then it’s non stop diarrhea for hours on end.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Obstáculo
