Opened and ate Kroger brand sandwich sized pepperoni on October 20 2018. Expiration date was 102118 yet top slice had penny-sized gray spots. While the other slices were visually okay they were also contaminated.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Ate the frozen pizza on 5/18/18 around 6:30 PM. Started to vomit and have diarrhea around 1 AM and again at 4 AM. Symptoms then subsided. Pizza was purchased a couple weeks ago and was kept frozen since purchase and was cooked completely prior to consumption.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos
