Had a kids 6 count McNugget meal with fries and a water bottle around 10:30pm, at 3:46 am I woke up feeling uneasy and sweaty, ran to the bathroom and was throwing up all my food. I have been throwing up almost every hour since and it is now 4:04pm.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well.
