Flash Express has issued a recall for several prepared food items due to undeclared allergens, including wheat, soy, sulfites, and milk. These products were sold at Flash Express in Mirabel and the Pratt & Whitney cafeteria in Mirabel.AFFECTED PRODUCTS

- Allergen: Wheat and Sulfites
- Format: Unitary
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of wheat and sulfites
PRODUCT: "Swedish-style turkey meatballs"
- Allergen: Wheat, Soy, Sulfites, and Milk
- Format: Unitary
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of wheat, soy, sulfites, or milk
All affected products were sold in aluminum trays with clear plastic lids.
It is classified as a Class I recall.
