Quebec's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), in collaboration with Fleur de sel, has issued a recall for various prepared meals due to undeclared allergens. The products may contain wheat, soy, nuts, and sulfites, posing a risk to consumers with allergies or celiac disease. The products that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale only at Fleur de Sel located at 601 Rue Principale, Granby, QC, Canada. The issue was discovered during routine checks by the MAPAQ. As of now, no allergic reactions related to the consumption of these products have been reported.The recalled products include "Filet de Sole Stuffed with Salmon and Shrimp", "Cod Loin Saffron and Chives", and "Basil and Tomato Chicken". These items were sold frozen and vacuum-sealed in clear plastic bags. Specific details such as brand, size/weight, batch, UPC, and best before date were not provided, nor was the amount of recalled products. The products were vacuum-packed in a transparent plastic bag.
