C+R Homestyle Bakery Company is recalling its Frozen Old-Fashioned Coffee Cakes due to undeclared milk, a major allergen. The products were distributed to Dandy Foods in Danbury, CT, and Jordan Paige Enterprise Inc. in North Haven, CT, which further distribute to restaurants and retailers.The recall affects:
- Frozen "Old-Fashioned Coffee Cakes"
- In flavors such as Plain, Chocolate, Blueberry, Raspberry, and Apple.
- These are packaged in 9.5-pound cardboard boxes.
The recall was issued after it was found that the label failed to list 'milk' in the sour cream and 'whey' in the ingredients.
The recall was initiated on July 15, 2025, and is classified as a Class I recall.
