Kroger has voluntarily recalled its Fresh Vegetable and Hummus Products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The products were distributed in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.The recalled products include

Product Name: BOAR'S HEAD HUMMUS VEG PLATTER SM, Size: 2.5 lb., UPC 42421-61545, Units: 11
Product Name: BOAR'S HEAD HUMMUS VEG PLATTER MED, Size: 5 lb., UPC 42421-61547, Units: 121
The issue was discovered when it was found that the platters and trays, prepared in-store, may contain cut cucumbers that were previously recalled due to potential Salmonella contamination. The recall is ongoing and was initiated by the firm on November 29, 2024.
