Nutrition for Longevity has initiated a voluntary recall of its Loaded Veggie Grain Bowl due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The product was shipped directly to consumers in California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas in the United States.The recalled product is:

- With a net weight of 10.90 oz (309g).
- It does not have a UPC but can be identified by the N4L code: V3FR.
- The recall affects 635 units distributed directly to consumers.
The issue was discovered through internal testing, leading to the recall initiation on October 7, 2025. The recall is classified as Class II, with the classification date on December 3, 2025. The recall is currently ongoing.
