Orwaiian LLC has voluntarily recalled its BDAY CAKE MOCHI CRUNCH product due to incorrect labeling. The recall, which affects 720 units, was initiated because the label is missing milk, soy, sesame and coconut in the Contains statement, despite these ingredients being declared in the ingredients statement. The product has been distributed in CA, HI, OR, WA, and Washington DC. in USA.The product in question is:
- BDAY CAKE MOCHI CRUNCH
- Packed in pink plastic pouch packaging.
- It has a net weight of 5oz
- With the UPC 7189147148.
- The product is identifiable by the MFG Code: MCBD05
- Has expiry dates of 07-29-2025 or earlier.
