Ferrarini USA, Inc., based in Secaucus, N.J., is recalling approximately 70 pounds of ready-to-eat sliced prosciutto products. The products were shipped to retail locations in California. These items were imported on April 21, 2025. - Brand: Ferrarini
- Product Name: Prosciutto di Parma
- Size: 4 oz
- Packaging: Vacuum-sealed plastic tray
- Lot Number: 2527642
- Establishment Number: IT 713 L CE (printed inside the Italian mark of inspection)
- Country of Origin: Italy
Consumers are advised to not consume the product and to return it to where they purchased it.
