Ocean Group Inc., a Los Angeles-based firm, has voluntarily initiated a recall of its salmon products due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination detected in the cutting board and floor drain. The products have been distributed to various retail and restaurant establishments in California, USA. The issue was discovered after an environmental sample collected by the FDA yielded positive results for Listeria monocytogenes in Zone 1 (cutting board) and Zone 3 (floor drain).
