Had steak tacos. That is the only thing I ate that was not also eaten by others in my party. Began with stomach ache not long after I left the table. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache. Terrible muscle pain but I have fibromyalsia so that makes pain…

I ate their free dips and chips and a combination platter called ‘tres’, at 1.30pm yesterday . At 10pm last night I began vomiting and having diarrhoea and I am still suffering from these symptoms
