Had chicke rice bowl black bean for dinner on march 25th. I had stomach ache in the night. From morning i having vomitting and diarrhea.

Decided to have a rice bowl with steak. Stomach started feeling unsettled and had to use the restroom at work a lot. Went home and pretty much yakked 2 times and had Diarrhea since this morning.
