I had a double meat chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, corn salsa, hot sauce and lettuce. As to which one of those items in the bowl made me sick I'm not sure.

Shaking. If i drink more water ill probably throw up. Cant stay out of the bathroom... just got a chicken bowl with lettuce rice chicken and pico de gallo
