04/21/17 / 7pm. Had the meatloaf (I know, stupid idea...), steamed broccoli, fried okra, and Brussels Sprout/Kale slaw for dinner. Woke up at 330am with extreme diarreah, (yellow "water" spraying like a firehose, smelling of rotting fish). Had a flight to catch, spent the next 8 hours…
