Stopped in lounge before flight to SFO on Thursday, May 24. Ate veggies, black bean salad and coconut trail mix. I had a latter and water to drink. My flight was delayed for several hours, and by the time I landed in SFO I didn’t feel right.…

Bought a lentil carrot quinoa salad and vegetable crusties from a kiosk. When I landed two hours later I had extreme diahrea hourly for 3+days.
