my cousin and I had lunch at Panera, we both had salads. Within 1 1/2 hours I was crying in pain, having diarrhea and throwing up in a trashcan at the same time. This was yesterday and I am still in pain today and afraid to eat.…

Ate the steak and arugula sandwich and the broth bowl with chicken dumplings around 7 pm on Saturday night. Woke up nauseous on Sunday and vomiting started around 10. Been unable to keep anything down and it's now Monday pm. Fever broke this afternoon finally.
