Had Thai Dynamite at the restaurant on 2/14/18 @ 7:30pm. Started vomiting next morning. Diarrhea soon followed. Also abdominal pain, muscle aches and low grade fever.

I had a japanesse shrimp and meat ramen. As I was eating it I started feeling strange buttoning in my stomach and a bit of a nasuea feeling. So I stoped eating it around 30 min later I stated feeling like I needed to poop and vomit…
