Ate a sandwich for lunch on Thursday March 29th. Became violently ill 6-7 hrs later and for 2 days there after. While eating the sandwich it tasted a bit old but nothing disgusting so i continued to eat it.

i ate a ham sandwich with mayo hot peppers and tomatoes. symptoms started 30 after . started feelong cold and vomiting
