After eating some sushi I had a severe stomach ache but was able to fall asleep. The next day I woke up with a strong need to go to the bathroom and proceeded to empty the contents of my body (anal). Then I got very strong water diarrhea and nearly got dehydration. 0/10 won’t come again.

We went to eat for my sons birthday dinner. I'm the only one sick out of 8 of us. But I'm also the only one that ate fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Don't know which it was but I'm still up at 5am on the toilet AND vomiting...
