La fille a mangé des lanières de poulet et des frites du menu enfants et une partie d'un gâteau au fromage à la crème de noix de coco le soir du 6/4. Elle s'est réveillée le lendemain matin avec des vomissements et une diarrhée qui ont persisté tout au long de la journée.
