Cooked Shrimp, He ate 1/2 a cooked shrimp and said it tasted mealy, not crunchy, slimy. He threw the rest out. Within 45 minutes he felt sharp stabbing pains and massive fires he’s.

Ate sushi and had some minestrone soup at Whole Foods in Santa Monica Ca. on Sat afternoon August 19th. I began feeling light headed and nauseous within a hour after eating. I was not sick at all before that. Within 2 hours I had to throw up…
