I am from USA 215 lb healthy male in mid 40s my girlfriend is Filipina. We both got hamburgers at Bohol Beach Club. Upon first bite of mine I detected a foreign object in my burger and immediately put it down and said I am done She ate about 14 of hers. Upon examination of what I spit out from burger it appeared to be a small tubular specimen with fine hairs on it. Immediately I am thinking a small animal or rodent nipple. I walked approximately 100 meters and threw up violently. About an hour later my girlfriend is complaining of something seems to be in her throat and her stomach hurting. Then suddenly she is throwing up too. And now she is still in pain. I asked for my burger to go and I have examined it and it is full of a lot of things not of ground beef origin I saw an Asian lady get her burger before I got mine and I now wonder how she is doing. | Symptômes: Vomissements
