I ordered my chicken bowl, with the typical toppings, rice, beans, cheese, corn, tomatoes and sour cream. Ever since 3PM yesterday i have had violent diarrhea and vomit episodes. I could not sleep all night and have had a fever since 1AM last night. I also ate with a coworker that is experiencing the same symptoms. I am extremely dehydrated and pepto has not been able to stop the diarrhea. I WILL be going to the hospital tonight and have myself for E-Coli as Chipotle has had recent cases of breakouts. If so, Chipotle will be hearing from my attorney. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
