I ate at chipotle and Shrewsberry Massachusetts yesterday at noon. I had the Barbacoa bowl with white rice pinto beans tomato salsa cheese and guacamole. About an hour after lunch I started feeling lethargic that lasted for 2 to 3 hours. When I went home I became progressively more nauseated. Then I became violently ill and vomited over the course of an hour at one point almost passing out for about five seconds. I had four or five bouts of severe vomiting and full body sweats and then passing out on the bathroom floor. I called chipotle and they offered for me to come back and eat for free.
