I ate salad like brown rice, chicken, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and lettuce then I decided to go take a nap because I kept getting feel nauseous and sick on my stomach so I woke up from my nap and felt so sick on my stomach and I had to relax then I went back to sleep and woke up at 5:00 in the morning and got sick on my stomach and ran to the bathroom and threw it up few times, I felt horrible then I went back sleep and next day, I woke up and have bad nauseous all day long...
