Yesterday (5/21/2018), I ate a bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. I also got some sour cream on the side. I ate around 8:00 pm and everything was ok at first, however at 3:00 am I woke up with cramps in my stomach. I headed to the toilet where the first bout of diarrhea took place. I went back to bed or at least tried to and then at 7:00 am, the 2nd bout took place along with vomiting. At 11:15 am I went back for another bout of vomiting. I feel a little better now but there is no doubt in my mind that it was definitely the bowl. The only other thing I consumed yesterday was a smoothie & a banana | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
