Ate at Chipotle around 5pm on 4/9/17. Had the chicken burrito bowl, with fajita veggies, black beans, brown rice, green salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.My son had almost the exact same thing, except for the sour cream and fajita veggies.
Around 10:30pm, was in so much abdominal pain. Started violently vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Was breaking into cold sweats, then freezing (possibly from fever). Vomiting ceased around 2-3am. 6am morning after and I still have diarrhea. Son also is now vomiting and in pain. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
