I had a chicken bowl with black beans, corn, green peppers and onions, spicy salsa, cheese, little sour cream and lettuce at 11:45am yesterday for lunch. I had full blown diarrhea right after. I have cramps even on the second day. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Crampes
