- comments: observed about 1/4 inch gap to outside at front door entrance. Must repair to prevent entry points for pests.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed dirty cutting board in food prep area with deep, stained grooves. Must replace.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sink in front prep, bathroom and at 3-compartment sink. Hot water temperature at hand sink in front prep was found at 96. 4f, hot water temperature at 3-compartment sink was found at 102. 7f and hot water temperature at bathroom hand washing sink found at 98. 8f. Instructed manager hot water temperature at hand washing sink must be at least 100. 0f or higher and hot water temperature at 3-compartment sink should be at 110. 0f or higher. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Insufficient hot water capacity. Currently has a 30 gallon tank. Must increase capacity to supply hot running water through-out day.
