- comments: continued non-compliance with health codes, we continue to observe evidence of live cockroaches on the premises infant and adult live cockroaches. Approximately 6 live cockroaches crawling on floor under and around the low temperature dish machine and 1 live cockroach crawling on side of hot water tank located in the same area. Management instructed to detail clean and sanitize affected areas and remove live cockroach activity from the premises,additional pest control service is recommended. Priority violation 7-38-020(a),no citation issued.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed a torn door gaskets inside of the 2 door prep cooler and left door is loose on the same cooler. Management instructed to replace the torn door gasket and repair loose door on cooler.

- comments: detail clean food prep tables and legs of all equipments with splashed sugar and flour spills,showed manager.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: found waste water leaking from the grease trap box onto floor underneath the 3 compartment sink when middle compartment is filled then released. Instructed to repair plumbing issue and remove plumbers inside sink around a recent replacement of gasket to sink and to maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c),no citation issued.

- comments: floors along walls and in all corners require a detail cleaning and remove dead cockroaches on floors showed manager.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize kitchen prep areas and rear dish washing area also,at front counter service area and remove unnecessary articles from thr premises due to potential pest harborage and to maintain.
