Report date: Sep 1, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no vomit and diarrhea clean up kit/procedure on site. Must provide written procedure for the clean up of vomit and diarrheal events, and corresponding equipment outline in procedure. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 mice droppings on floors in rear storage room, near back door. Must remove all droppings, clean and sanitize area. Must contact pest control for service and eliminate pest issue. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed rust on wall behind utility sink in rear. Observed drywall in back room (where utility sink is). Must remove rust or resurface or paint. Observed several holes in walls along floors and in ceilings throughout. Must seal all holes to prevent pest entry. Must make all surfaces smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable. Must maintain all.
