Date Closed: 12/27/2019Rodent infestation. The inspector found fresh droppings on the floor throughout the bakery, including under and around food-prep tables and sinks. This is the third time in two years that health inspectors have shut down the bakery; it was closed for two days in March 2018 for a rodent infestation and almost two weeks in October-November 2018 for a cockroach infestation. It has now received a B or C grade on five of its past six inspections, records show.
