5 adults 1 child( age 7) and 1 toddler (age 1) all ate popeyes on sunday August 12 at approximately 4:30 pm. I purchased the food from the drive-thru and i ordered: (1) chicken strips combo, (3) 3 piece mild breast rib and wing combo, (1) 3 piece mild leg thigh and rib combo, (1) 2 piece mild leg & thigh with fries and mash potato ang gravy combo (1) corn and (1) coleslaw all drinks were limeade. I went to bed and woke up at 3:00 am on Monday August 13, 2018 vomitting diarrhea and stomach gripping, i was unable to go to work. On tuesday my 7 year old daughter my father my mother in law and boy friend all became ill. All of us had the same syptoms except my daughter also had fever. I was still having symptoms and nothing would stay down. On wednesday August 15, 2018 i went to Medical Associates Hospital in Cross Roads Kingston 5 Jamaica to seek medical attention. I arrived at the hospital at 11:00 am and was extremely dehydrated. I received 7 bags of drip, several blood tests, gravol, dica, nexium, baralgin and had to do a ct scan on my stomach as the pain would not go away. The Dr. confirmed that my test results were ok and he confirmed i had food poisoning. My brother - in - law went and purchased a chicken combo from the same branch on Monday August 13, 2018 for dinner and he too had the same symptoms on Tuesday August 14, 2018 and was unable to go to work | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
