- comments: interior of both ice machines upper water reservoir with brownish, black slime substance noted on ice/water contact surfaces and dripping down into the ice. Instructed to clean and sanitize both machines. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: missing hot water handle on the utility mop sink and broken, missing top portion of the utility mop sink back flow prevention device. Must replace/repair both.
