Got sick with diarrhea 7/28 after eating 6" sub made with Italian bread, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives and oil & vinegar. Didn't know it was the sub until I ate the second half 7/29 and had diarrhea again. First sandwich was eaten within 10 minutes of purchase. Second half was refrigerated and eaten the next day. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
