I had a foot long sandwich on white flatbread with chicken, bacon, provolone, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, and ranch on August 31st around 11:45 am for my lunch break. About an hour after eating I started to feel slightly ill during one of my work meetings but chose to ignore it. It wasn't until that night that I woke up from my sleep with this sudden urge to vomit. I did and in the process I have also have had serious diarrhea. This has happened 3 times now and subway was all I had to eat. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
