I went around 6pm yesterday and ordered a foot long cold cut combo on Italian herbs and cheese bread with pepperjack cheese, mayo and pickles. I got horrible stomach cramps within an hour and ended up having severe diarrhea. I have still had diarrhea since and it's 18 hours later. I looked up my symptoms and believe the culprit is staphylococcus aureus from improper food handling and then improperly refrigerating. I'm very disappointed since gloves should be used in handling food that's uncooked like this, and also I've worked in food service and they should be monitoring the temperature of their foods they're refrigerating inside the cooler. And if the deli meat has been sitting out at room temp too long it should be put in a fridge because bacteria multiply at room temp. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
