I ordered food from Taco Bell (TB-Mobile DT, Newark, DE) on 04/24/2026 at approximately 10:41 PM (Order #910245).The order included a Crunchwrap Supreme, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, and a Baja Blast Zero.
Within a few hours of eating, I developed severe nausea followed by repeated vomiting, sweating, and intense stomach pain. The symptoms were strong enough that I had to stop driving because I was not in a safe condition.
This was not a mild reaction and felt consistent with possible food contamination or improper food handling. I had not eaten anything else that would explain this reaction.
I am reporting this so it can be investigated and to prevent this from happening to others.
