My mother in law gave me this bag after she experienced diarrhea from the smoothie. We thought she just couldn't handle the 4 g of fiber. I have a homemade smoothie every morning & am currently on a dairy, soy, tree but, & egg free diet due to breastfeeding a child with allergies. So basically I eat fruits and veggies all day long without any abdominal issues. I decided to give this smoothie a whirl! I drank it at about 7:45 this morning. I started having diarrhea at 9:00. The diarrhea lasted until 9:15 and was basically like soup. Because this happened to both my MIL and myself, I believe this product has been compromised. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
