I bought a bottle of imported chocolate milk. When I went to drink it a few minutes later I found it was unsealed but didn't think much of it as I may have opened it myself and forgot.

My son (10 years old) and I had a meal here the 13th of July 2016. I had spicy wings and he had the single wing left that was 'original'. After 1-2 hours he got nauseaus.
