My son and daughter had been clear on a tumny bug for 3 days and were back at school eating normally!!! They wanted a mcdonalds on friday night for dinner, the both had big mc with only cheese and ketchup! Double downer ate half of it then realised it was partly raw. Symptoms started following day in the afternoon
