Had dinner at about 7pm on Wednesday, April 18th. I ordered a chili relleno, shredded beef chimi and had a side or rice/beans. Everything was great, although i did get a very cold bite of relleno (maybe salmonella from the egg?). Woke up at 6:30 am sicker…
